Defective or Missing Items:
If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or in the wrong quantity, please contact us right away. All claims should be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event that your package is missing due to the carrier, notify us, and we'll send a full replacement after 30 days from the original shipment date. Please ensure you inform us within 60 days of placing your order.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and possess the original receipt or packing slip, we will be happy to provide a refund within 30 days of the purchase. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including all parts and hardware, to qualify. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, with no exceptions. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns require prior authorization.

Open Box and Clearance Items:
All sales of open box and clearance items are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted.

 While it is uncommon for packages to go missing, it can happen occasionally. If your package hasn’t arrived after 15 days, please contact us via phone or email to let us know that you haven't received it. We will reach out to the courier and do our utmost to address the delay. Should your package remain undelivered after 30 days from the shipping date, and there hasn’t been any tracking update for a minimum of 15 days, we will issue a full replacement.

With exclusive, one-of-a-kind designs, to be easily installed without the need for extensive modifications. The Trucker PullUp©  bar offers unique features tailored to the needs of drivers. Come with installation instructions, webbings that can be adjusted to fit different sleeper cabin sizes.

The entire sleeper cab can be tilted more on one side than the other when the semi-truck is parked on the side of the road or on a highway exit. By adjusting the length of the webbing, you can position the Trucker PullUp©  bar at the desired level. 

The Trucker PullUp©  bar attaches to the interior structure of the truck's sleeper cabin using upper bunk and factory installed brackets. It provides a sturdy and stable grip for truck drivers to perform chin-ups, helping drivers to exercise and stay fit on the road.

Trucker PullUp bar is designed to support the weight of an average male. However, it's important to check the specifications provided by the manufacturer to ensure that the chin-up bar is suitable for your weight. As for height limitations, it can vary depending on the design and dimensions of the semitruck sleeper cabin.

Our team tester size was 6 feet toll and 220 lb. Safe top range of weight is 400 lb for Trucke rPullUp design.

However remember to check truck manufactures specification about weight limit of upper bunk and shape of safety net anchor points!
